4. Warranties and Guarantees

Manufacturer warranties apply to products sold by River City Floors. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturers, unless specified in writing at the time of purchase.

4.2 Service Guarantees

River City Floors guarantees its installation services for a period of one year from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects in installation workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

4.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Louisiana, in each case located in Bossier City. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
